Domestic sales of liquefied gas have totaled 46,100 tons since January through April, up 4.3 per cent from the year-ago figure, according to the State Statistics Committee.
Meanwhile, there has been fixed a 41.4 per cent decline in the amount of the unrealized gas stock; that, as of May 1, totaled 1,700 tons
Per tonne of LGP is sold at the following prices, set by SOCAR: 587,000 manats (124 U.S. dollars) for internal procurement operations, 893,000 manats (188 U.S. dollars) for wholesale activities, and 1.2 million manats (253 U.S. dollars) for retail selling.
LPG is currently produced at SOCAR’s Heydar Aliyev refinery (former Azerneftyanacag) and Azerbaijan Gas Processing Plant.
