Barmek Azerbaijan (the operator of the energy distribution networks of Baku and Sumgayit) may cancel 4 regional branches of the commission for customers claims and servicing, head of the Barmek Azerbaijan public relations department Tanriverdi Mustafayev told Trend.
According to him, the head of the company is currently analyzing these branches operation and the issue is under consideration. "We have got much complaints related to their work, as these branches admit violations in their work and do not observe the rules defined by the company’s management, Mustafayev noted.
The company’s spokesman thinks there is a necessity in carrying out reforms in their company’s structure and their improvement. The commission’s branches operated in 4 regional offices, which have been recently liquidated by the Company’s President Husseyn Arabul due to their insufficient activities.
