The Azerneftyag oil refinery plant (ORP) entering in the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) intends to keep July volume of naphta delivery to the Azerkimya in August, the ORP told Trend.

The Azerneftyag ORP will deliver 28,000 tons of naphta to the Azerkimya in July in accordance with the plan. The Cabinet of Ministers charged the Azerneftyag in delivery of all naphta to the Azerkimya instead of refinery at the Heydar Aliyev ORP.

The Azerkimya purchases naphta from the SOCAR at 842200 manats per a ton, but in case of additional refinery of the naphta at the Heydar Aliyev ORP, the State Company receives gasoline at $400 to $450 per a ton.

The Azerneftyag intends to distribute 310,000 tons of naphta in the internal market of Azerbaijan in 2005. 250,000 tons will be delivered to the Azerkimya, which use the oil product as fuel for its installations. The rest 60,000 tons will be directed to the Heydar Aliyev ORP for additional refinery to get gasoline.
