Azerigaz Joint Stock Compny installed 53 930 new gas meters in Baku, JSC told Trend. 12 260 of them were installed on the account of subscribers, 41 670 - on the account of JSC.
About 90,000 new gas meters are planned to install till the year- end in Baku.JSC noted, all subscribers will be provided with gas meters till the end of 2006.
The Belamo company from Belorussia will deliver soon the first consignment of gas meters of G-6 type for Azerigaz JSC. In accordance with the contract the company will supply 30,000 gas meters of this type. The price of the contract is $840,000.
