In October the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) plans to increase oil pumping
via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline 70% as compared to September.
The SOCAR told Trend in October it is planned to pump 80,000 tons of oil via the �northern’ route, which will be shipped from the Novorossiysk port late this October.
According to the SOCAR, in October the company schedules to ship a total of 400,000 tons of oil in October, of which 320,000 tons of crude fell on the AIOC.
In September the AIOC will ship in Novorossisyk 296,000 tons of oil in three tanker batches: first вЂ" 138,000 tons and 2nd and 3rd вЂ" 79,000 tons each. This month the SOCAR shipped only one tanker with 79,000 tons of oil from Novorossiysk.
