Azerenerji JSC intends start the negotiations with international finance institutes on construction of a new 800-900MW power station in Alibayramli in 2006, the JSC told Trend .
The projects envisaged in the State program on development of fuel and energy comlex for 2005-2015. The project will be implemented in two stages from 2007 to 2009 and from 2010 to 2011.
Alibayramli State District Power Station functions in the region from 1960s. There are 7 energy blocs per 150MW. The devices became out of date and fuel expenditure is high (450gr per 1 KW/H).
30-33% of the energy fell to the Alibayramli SDPS.
