The department of marketing and economic operations (DMEO) of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) announced tender on drawing services for technical and metrological software for measuring devices of the gas calculation unit, the department told Trend.
The bidders are to pay $200 + 18% VAT (totally $236) for participating in the bid.
Potential bidders may submit their documents to DMEO not later than 5 December 2005, tender offers вЂ" not later than 14 December, which will be viewed by the price criteria, times of delivery and terms of payment.
The bids will be unsealed on 14 December at DMEO of SOCAR.
