“The State Program on development of the thermo-power supply system of Azerbaijan in 2006-2015 will be submitted to the President’s Executive Power in mid-November 2005,” Ilgam Mizaliyev, the deputy chairman of the Azeristiliktehcizat Production Association, involved in heating supply services, told Trend.
According to Mirzaliyev, the work over the document is nearing to completion. "We have received replies from relevant bodies, in particular, the Ministry of Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finances, the State Committee on Construction and Architecture. At present the development of the final variant of the document with consideration of replies and proposals is underway. The final version of the document will be more probably ready in 10 days and after the state program will be presented to Executive Power of the President,” he said.
The State Program targets by-stage development of the thermo-power supply to principles of market economy, establishment of favorable conditions for attraction of investments, improvement of the organization of thermo-power service through application of effective technologies of modern type.
