Kyrgyzstan, IFC mull cooperation

Kyrgyzstan and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) discussed the issues of further cooperation at the meeting of Kyrgyz Economy and Antimonopoly Policy Minister Temir Sariyev and the head of IFC's project on the improving of investment climate in Kyrgyzstan Vsevolod Payevskiy, the Ministry reports.

At the meeting Sariyev stressed the positive outcome of the work, done during the past two years of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the IFC and mentioned that state service must be transparent and of high quality.

The minister welcomed the IFC's project in Kyrgyzstan mentioning that the Ministry provides the project with all needed support.

Payevskiy expressed IFC's interest in further cooperation with Kyrgyzstan.

The sides decided to sign a plan between Kyrgyz Ministry of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy and IFC project on the improvement of investment climate in Kyrgyzstan.
