The State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan Republic announces a tender for the construction of an administrative building of Barda Territorial Office of State Service for Registration of Real Estate, a report of the tender commission, published on Thursday in the official press, said
The works will be financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) under the Real Estate Registration project. The tender will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the World Bank.
The cost of participation in the tender is 200 manats or $250.
The tender offers, having the force within 90 days after opening, shall be submitted to the tender commission no later than 14:45 August 5, 2013.
Opening of the offers will take place at 15:00 on August 5, 2013.
