The property rights of approximately 82,000 real estate objects were registered in the first half of 2013, chairman of the State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan Kerem Hasanov said during his speech at a board meeting, a report of the State Committee said on Tuesday.
"Out of these, 23,000 objects were registered for the first time, the rights of about 59,000 objects were re-registered," Hasanov said.
According to him, the technical inventory of about 74,000 houses was carried out in the first half of 2013, and technical passports were compiled.
"More than 64,000 limitation certificates were issued to legal and natural entities from the state register, more than 13,000 certificates with different contents were issued to the population," Hasanov said.
