A state programme for the development of industry for 2015-2020 will be adopted in Azerbaijan.
The order for working out a draft state programme was reflected in Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's decree on declaring 2014 the Year of Industry in Azerbaijan. The Cabinet of Ministers was ordered to work out a draft document within three months.
Additionally according to the decree, the Ministry of Economy and Industry was ordered to work out an action plan in connection with declaring 2014 the Year of Industry and to submit it to the president within a month.
