Turkey increases exports by over 6% in first quarter

Turkey's exports of goods increased in March 2014 by 4.3 percent compared to the same period of 2013, and stood at $13.014 billion.

In the first quarter of 2014, the Turkish exports increased by 6.2 percent compared with the same period of 2013 and totaled $38.607 billion, according to a message posted on April 2 on the website of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).

In March, the automotive industry exported the minimum volume of products at $2.127 billion.
