Kyrgyzstan and Serbia have agreed to develop Investments Protection and Promotion Agreements, Kabar news agency reported on April 25 referring to the statement of Kyrgyz economy ministry.
The statement said that Kyrgyzstan's minister of economy Temir Sariyev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Serbia to Kyrgyzstan, Slavenko Terzic.
During the meeting the minister spoke about the development of the country's political system and the current state of Kyrgyz economy.
The sides stressed that the trade turnover between the two countries amounted to $3.9 million, which does not correspond to the actual potential.
