Azerbaijani President Seyfaddin Talibov was appointed as deputy agriculture minister in acccordance with the decree of the Azerbaijani President.
Talibov previously served as administrative chief of the ministry.
Following this appointment, the agriculture minister has two deputies. Another deputy minister is Ilham Guliyev.
