In total, the economic courts of the country have received 121,000 applications and claims, reviewed more than 13,000 cases relating to protection of the rights and legitimate interests of small and private entrepreneurship, in the first half of 2014.

More than 35,000 commercial cases were examined directly in courts in remote areas.

Particular attention was paid to the documents adopted by the government authorities and local self-government bodies and those contradicting the interests of entrepreneurs.

About 190 allegations on the application of legal measures regarding businesses entities have been rejected due to complete elimination of deficiencies identified during inspections, inaccuracy of the grounds specified in the application, violation of the inspection rules by governing authorities.

"Thus, the legitimate interests of the entrepreneurs were protected by court," the source said.

More than 20,000 appeals have been sent to the commercial courts in the electronic form in the first half of the year, which is 11 times more compared to the same period last year.
