The Turkmen Railway Transport Ministry announced an international tender.
The subject of the tender is to purchase products with the national currency of Turkmenistan, namely: a diesel-electric passenger train.
Moreover, it is necessary to pay $575 (500 + VAT) per lot. The account will be indicated after a written bid is made.
The packages with the tender bids will be considered after transferring the funds to the ministry's account.
It is necessary:
- to submit a bid for participation in the tender by indicating a full name, a legal status and bank details;
- to read tender rules;
- to obtain lot specification and technical requirements;
- to obtain tender documents.
The interested companies, organizations and firms must send their proposals to the new administrative building of the Railway Transport Ministry located at Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat.
The bids and tender documents will not be accepted from the companies registered in the countries with offshore zones.
The packages with the bids will be accepted from 15:00 to 18:00 local time every day in the marketing department of the Railway Transport Ministry (9th floor).
The deadline for submission of bids is 12:00 local time, August 22, 2014.
