Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC of Azerbaijani Economy and Industry Ministry announced a tender for construction of 16-story office building in the city of Sumgait, according to a message posted by the Khalq Qazeti newspaper.
The administrative building will be located at 1 Chemists Street, Sumgait.
Those wishing to participate in the tender should submit an application and other documents till Sept. 9, 2014, 17:00 (GMT + 5:00). Tender documents must be submitted by Sept. 20, 17:00, and their opening will be held on Sept. 21, 16:00.

Azerbaijani president's decree on creation of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park was signed in December 2011.
Under the decree, Azerbaijan's Economic Development Ministry was instructed to take measures supporting creation and development of chemical industry production and processing zones at the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park.
The measures are taken to enhance the potential of chemical industry of Azerbaijan's State Oil Company (SOCAR), establish private enterprises in this sector and obtain competitive products from local raw materials.
