Turkey's Space Technologies Research Institute (TUBITAK UZAY) is studying the experience of Azerbaijan's Azercosmos JSC in satellite system management, said Azerbaijan's Ministry of Communications and High Technologies.
Azercosmos held special training for the university's experts on determining satellite orbits and space maneuvering.
TUBITAK UZAY experts, for their part, shared plans and experience in building ground satellite control systems, management of low earth orbit satellites and practical work on building nano-satellites.
The parties also reached a preliminary agreement on continuing the work on exchanging experience in the future.
Earlier, Azercosmos JSC was holding talks with TUBITAK UZAY on rendering scientific and technical support in manufacturing micro-and nano-statellites.
