High Tech Park LLC of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences passed the state registration through the “single window” system of the Ministry of Taxes, the ministry‘s Vergiler newspaper reported May 17.
The High Tech Park was registered on March 6 with authorized capital of 35,000 manats.
The official representative of the company is Vugar Babayev.
Babayev earlier told Trend that the High Tech Park is preparing to receive its first residents.
Organizational work is now being carried out, a strategic plan is being prepared and the material and technical base is being organized, according to him.
