Israeli firms interested in Azerbaijani BioniX Tech’s Braille devices

Three Israeli companies are interested in Braille Teach, an interactive Braille alphabet teaching device developed by BioniX Tech, says Rashid Aliyev, founder of the Azerbaijani IT company.

Negotiations are currently underway with Israeli counterparts regarding their participation in the project as partners, Aliyev told Trend June 21.

He didn’t disclose the names of the Israeli companies.

“The issue of financing the project is also being discussed,” Aliyev said.

The Braille Teach devices are designed for visually impaired children. Using these devices it is possible to study the Braille alphabet in a simple and convenient way. The devices support five languages ​​– Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish and Ukrainian.
