The draft law envisions distinct principles for establishment and development of technoparks in the country, tax and customs relieves, aimed at drawing investors, establishing such objects.
It has been also noted, that the Comminication Ministry applied to certain international organizations for carrying out financial estimates and solution of technical issues in this field.
Mammadov also reported, that the amount for the project implementation had not been defined completely for the moment and in future while cooperating with various institutions it will be defined. He gave the example of the technopark by the Chinese model, for which establishing around $5 million is needed.
