The Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technologies Ministry presented to the Rotterdam court additional documents on case of Maltese FIM Bank, which brought a suit against the Azerbaijani government on the non-payment of the credit given by the bank to the enterprises of the Communication Ministry under guarantee of the Ministry and �Pochtbank’ commercial bank,
The works on designing of the rest documents proving the Azerbaijani government’s innocence are currently being carried out, the Ministry told Trend. All documents are to be submitted till 24 August 2005.
“The Ministry has spent approximately 70,000 euros at the examination of the lawsuits at the international courts so far,” the Ministry said.
