From 1 August 2005 the Sumgayit City Telephone Network will pass to 7-digit numbers, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies told Trend. The code of Sumgayit will be changed from 164 to 18.
The Communications Ministry said that �64’ will be dialed for local and international calls prior to telephone numbers.
