The Institute of Information Technologies (IIT) under the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan carries out works on introduction of a new system. The system provides for the control of the telephone service operators at work places, the head of the ITT department Bikes Agayev told Trend.
According to him, the systems’ main goal to be implemented at the order of the Aztelekom Production Unit is to create the database for registerering all operations committed on the communication services rendered by operators to subscribers.
В"The advantage of the new system is that thanks to it the quality of services will improve and the professional level of operator services will grow. Each operator can be controlled during the work,” the IIT representative underscored. All works performed will be recorded in the
on-line mode.
В"It will be possible now to investigate the claims and appeals of the subscribers and take a right decision”, the head of the department stated.
Agayev also noted, for the moment all testing works on the new system introduction are coming to an end and the works on accomplishment of the technology process are carried on.
Touching upon the issue of the control system commissioning, Agayev stressed, it is scheduled for the current October. В"Owing to the new system it will be possible to identify the best workers, whose activities will be appreciated by bonuses and honourable titles of various kinds to motivate them for better services”, the head of the department concluded.
