Postal money orders on MTF/STEFI system will be possible with United Arabic Emirates (UAE) till late 2005. The negotiations are underway in this regard, The Postal Division of the Communications and Information Technologies Ministry told Trend.
The UAE has presented a draft agreement, which is considering by the Ministry.
“We have received a number of the bids on implementation of the postal money orders on the system from different countries of the world. Bilateral postal money orders on MTF/STEFI system are carried out with Moldova from September 2005 as a result of signed agreement. The Ministry noted that they were currently holding negotiations with France.
Besides Moldova, Azerbaijan is currently carrying out money orders РњРўF/STEFI system with Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
