Azerbaijan, ADB signs loan agreement on large road project
The Azerbaijani government and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have signed an agreement to allocate a loan worth $250 million to construct a Masalli-Jalilabad new four-lane road to a length of 32.2 kilometres.
