The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of "Goychay-Konyak Zavodu" OJSC, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) reported on Oct. 12.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
The issue volume is 883,604 manat, quantity of stocks is 441,802, and par value is two manat. Underwriter of the stocks is "Chelsea Capital" LLC.
On Oct. 12, the official exchange rate is 0.8034 manat to $1.
