The Eurasia Partnership Foundation continues its "Round-Table" in the European integration program. The meetings and discussions aim to develop policies and measures to secure a deal with the Council of Europe on free trade in the framework of the Eastern Partnership.
The topic of the second meeting was "Technical Barriers in Trade," which refers to the so-called non-tariff barriers, poor quality assurance systems and food safety. These factors make impossible Georgian produce exports to Council of Europe states.
The "Round-Table" will continue at 10:00 a.m. Nov. 20 at the Sheraton Metekhi Palace.
