Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedow has changed governmental staff. It was reported during an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers as a result of 2009.
Rozimyrat Seyitguliyev headed the ministry of railway transport in accordance with the presidential decree.
Jumageldi Bayramov was appointed minister of construction. Earlier he was deputy minister of industry and construction materials.
Shamuhammet Durdiliyev became mayor of Ashgabat. Earlier he was minister of construction.
Aynabat Babayeva became minister of textile industry. Earlier she was state minister - chairman of the state stock joint corporation Turkmen Carpet. She replaced Oguljahan Ishanguliyeva.
Bayramgeldi Nedirov is temporary charged to be minister of oil and gas industry and mineral resources. Earlier he was deputy minister of oil and gas industry and mineral resources.
Batir Kakaliyev became chairman of the State national Service Turkmen Airlines. Earlier he worked as director general of Turkmenistan Air Transport Company under Turkmen Airlines.
Batir Haliyev worked as deputy chairman of the National Hydrometeorological Committee. Now he heads this committee.
