The Azerbaijani Health Ministry devoted a meeting discussing structural changes, the ministry said.
The meeting was attended by heads of city and regional health agencies.
Various issues were discussed at the meeting. Among them were issues concerning the determination of disabilities, citizens' complaints, swine flu prevention and infectious diseases.
