In January 2010, the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry revealed 1,496 violations by taxpayers, the Ministry reported
Some 987 taxpayers violated rules of cash payments, 100 taxpayers accepted foreign currency as payment. The Ministry revealed 82 taxpayers, acting without regard to the tax authorities and 221 taxpayers worked without a special permit in those areas that require special permission.
The Ministry also revealed 24 taxpayers who involved 24 individuals in the work without employment contracts and 146 taxpayers carried out passengers without difference signs
The ministry found 16 taxpayers with 1,406 goods without proper labeling worth 9.468.2 manat in order to control the use of excise stamps
