From March 1 Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) starts to place secured, interest, non-documentary registered bonds of non-banking credit organization OMNI Finance, BSE said on Thursday.
Amount of emission is 50,000 manat, the number of securities - 500 pieces with a nominal value of each - 1,000 manat.
The profit on bonds is 14 percent with circulation period of 365 days. Interest payments will be made on the last working day of each quarter since the date of placement. Underwriter of the bonds of OMNI Finance Ltd is "Tekhnika Сapital Management" Ltd.
As of Feb. 25, the official exchange rate is 0,8035 manat to $1.
