Giorgi Areshidze will lead the inspection of the Georgian big taxpayers. He was introduced to the businessmen by head of the Revenue Service under the Ministry of Finance Giorgi Tskhakaia at a meeting with businessmen.
Before this appointment Areshidze worked at the National Bank, Tskhakaya said.
"His responsibilities will include the establishment of close cooperation with businessmen in order to assist them in solving any problem," Tskhakaya said.
Areshidze replaced Avtandil Shermadini in this position. Shermadini was appointed the Chairman of Production Management Agency.
