The Baku-Nakhchivan flight, which was to be sent at 14:00 Baku time, was sent at 16:10, CJSC Azerbaijan Airline (AZAL) reported.
The aircraft ATR-72-200 was replaced by another aircraft ATR for technical reasons. Following this, the passengers were able to fly to Nakhchivan.
