Prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Cuba will be discussed in Baku in late September, Cuban Ambassador to Azerbaijan Marcelo Caballero Torres told Trend today.
"Discussions will be held during the visit to Azerbaijan of a delegation headed by Cuban Deputy Foreign Trade and Investment Minister Oscar Perez Oliva," Torres said.
The delegation will also include representatives of the Cuban Agriculture Ministry and Chamber of Commerce.
During the visit on Sept. 28-30, the delegation will hold meetings with the Foreign Ministry, and Culture and Tourism Ministry. They also plan to hold a mini-business forum with AzPromo representatives.
