Tehran-Baku flight could not land in the Azerbaijani capital because of the storm and had to return to Iran, Heydar Aliyev International Airport employee told Trend on Monday.
The plane was scheduled to arrive in Baku at 5:40 am local time. There is no information about the new arrival time of the flight to the Azerbaijani capital.
