Turkish TAV operator attracts two new airlines to Georgia

Управляющая тбилисским и батумским аэропортами турецкая компания «TAV Georgia» намерена ввести на грузинский рынок две новые авиакомпании. Как сообщили Тренд в пресс-службе компании, «TAV» уже провела переговоры с несколькими авиакомпаниями на туристической выставке в Берлине.

Turkish company "TAV Georgia", managing airports of Tbilisi and Batumi. intends to attract two new airlines to the Georgian market. "TAV" has already held talks with several airlines in the tourism exhibition in Berlin, the company's press service told Trend.

A tentative agreement reached that Hungary's Wizz Air and Polish EAS Airlines will operate flights to the airport of Batumi.

TAV noted that presentations to several airlines were made during the exhibition. Presentations were made for the airlines of both the premier-class and low-budget. However, as stated by the company, their priority is to attract low-budget airlines.

ITB Berlin exhibition was held from 7-11 March. Georgian Pavilion enjoyed a special popularity at the show. TAV provides daily information about the scope and services of Tbilisi and Batumi airports to visitors.
