Israeli companies interested in ensuring Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway safety

A number of leading Israeli companies will be ensuring the safety of Georgia's infrastructure projects. In this regard, Georgian Regional Development and Infrastructure Minister Ramaz Nikolaishvili met with heads of companies manufacturing high-tech appliances for the protection and safety of Nais and Disentek.

A number of leading Israeli companies will be ensuring the safety of Georgia's infrastructure projects. In this regard, Georgian Regional Development and Infrastructure Minister Ramaz Nikolaishvili met with heads of companies manufacturing high-tech appliances for the protection and safety of Nais and Disentek.

As Nikolaishvili said, mostly the Georgian infrastructure projects which require the use of these safety mechanisms, were discussed.

"These companies are security leaders in the world. They expressed interest in several sites in Georgia and in particular, the construction of the Marabda-Kartsakhi railway and issues of security, not only in Georgia, but also in Azerbaijan and Turkey. They also took an interest in a metro station, construction of which we will begin in late April. Construction of the parliament building and issues of its security were also discussed," Nikolaishvili said.

It should be stressed that the Nais company serves up to 25 000 organisations in 20 countries. The Disentek Company is one of the leading Hi-Tech manufacturers.
