Azerbaijani bank to hold special general meeting of shareholders

Azerbaijani Texnika Bank has announced a special general meeting of shareholders, the bank said on Thursday. The meeting will be held at Ataturk Avenue, 1107, Baku, on July 13 at 15:00.

New staffing of the supervisory board of the bank was approved at a special general meeting of shareholders on Monday. Rovshan Ismailov became the head of the bank's supervisory board. Previously, he worked as a chief financial director at the International Bank of Azerbaijan. The new board members are Fuad Murshudli and Rauf Agayev.

Five new board members were approved in May. Mansurov Ulvi was appointed as chairman of the board. Board members include: Safarov Yashar (first deputy chairman), Garayzade Ayaz (deputy chairman), Huseynov Orhan (board member) and Hajiyev Jamin (board member).

Texnika Bank has been operating since 1993.
