Polish Senate Marshal Bogdan Borusewicz has recorded once again in Tbilisi today support for Georgia's integration into NATO and the EU.
The question of European integration was one of the main topics of discussion between Borusewicz and Speaker of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze.
The Marshal of the Senate said at a press conference in the Parliament of Georgia that free trade negotiations continue at a good pace, and expressed the hope that the agreement will be formalized by the fall of next year at the Eastern Partnership summit.
Borusewicz also noted that in July, talks will resume on visa-free communication with the EU. "For the reason that in this direction Georgia has significant progress, I hope that negotiations will be successful," he said.
He also touched on cooperation between the legislatures of Georgia and Poland and said that cooperation exists not only between the deputies but also members of Administrations. According to Borusewicz, in late July the Polish Sejm expects a group of the officials of the Georgian Parliament's apparatus.
