"Maybe Air Astana will not take part in People's IPO," Bishimbayev said.

Earlier it was planned to place Air Astana's shares within People's IPO program in 2013.

According to Bishimbayev, Samruk-Kazyna does not plan to deny the controlling interest in Air Astana. Currently Samruk-Kazyna has 51 percent share in the company, other shareholder BAE Systems has 49 percent in the company.

Meanwhile, Samruk-Kazyna does not hold talks with BAE Systems on purchasing a part of its package at the moment, Bishimbayev said.

The shares of KEGOC, Air Astana, Kazmortransflot, Samruk-Energy and KazTransGas will be placed in IPO in 2013. Kazakh Railway, Kaztemirtrans will hold IPO in 2014, with Kazatomprom and KazMunaiGas in 2015.
