The State Committee for Securities (SCS) of Azerbaijan has registered the emission prospectus of interest, unsecured, registered undocumented bonds of Unileasing CJSC for a total amount of four million manats, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) reported on Monday.
Some 4,000 bonds were issued within the framework of emission with a nominal value of one thousand manats each. The circulation period of the securities is one year at a yield of 10.5 percent per annum and interest repayment period of once a quarter. The underwriter of the placement is Unicapital CJSC.
Persons interested in the purchase of bonds can apply to the organization, which is a member of the BSE and has a brokerage license.
Unileasing was established in July 2004. The founders of the CJSC Unileasing are commercial bank Unibank (66,67 percent) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (33.33 percent).
The official exchange rate for July 30 is 0.7845 AZN / USD.
