In January-August 2013, 100,055 taxpayers used the services of the centres of the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry, an article published in Vergiler newspaper by the ministry said on Wednesday.
According to the ministry's department for the provision of services to taxpayers, most of the appeals concerned services associated with tax debts (64,316 appeals) and electronic declarations (51,048 appeals).
'In addition, 15,733 appeals concerned reporting, certificates and other documents and 5627 appeals - delivery of various documents in electronic form, related to the activities of the taxpayers', the article said.
At the moment there are 40 service centres for taxpayers operating in Baku and regions of Azerbaijan.
