Georgia's Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri is on a working visit in the U.S., where he participates in the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
It is planned to hold bilateral meetings with the Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Min Zhu, the executive directors of the IMF - Meno Schnell and Meg Lundsager, Director of IMF's Middle East and Central Asia Department Masood Ahmed, as well as the executive director of the World Bank Frank Heemskerk, vice-president of the World Bank for Europe and Central Asia Laura Taki, vice-president of the investment Guarantee Agency Keiko Honda, director of IMF institute Sharmeen Qureia.
In addition, there will be held meetings with the representatives of Moody's international rating company and J.P Morgan investment company. The will be a meeting with the leadership of "Doing Business".
Within the working visit there are also planned meetings of Georgia's Finance Minister with the president of the Asian Development Bank Takehiko Nakao, the Managing Director of EBRD for Turkey, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia Olivier Descamps and the Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank Rolf Wenzel.
