"Muganbank" OJSC is offering to customers "Visa Gift" card, a brand-new product in Azerbaijani banking sector. This gift card project has been jointly develped by Muganbank and VISA International, a global payment system. The face value of the gift cards is 50, 100 and 150 AZN payable with the purchase of the cards.
The prepaid "Visa Gift" cards have been designed for paying for goods and services in a non-cash form both in the country and abroad.
By a "Visa Gift" card one can do shopping, use the services of beauty salons and fitness centers, pay travel expenses, buy air and train tickets, pay bills at cafes and restaurants, as well as, pay for public utulities anywhere where VISA cards are accepted.
A "Visa Gift" cardholder can also use the card to do online shopping, pay subscription fees for online games, participate at online auctions, pay for music, games and programs, and pay for mobile phone services, TV, Internet, etc.
When buying a "VisaGift" card, a commission fee of 5 AZN is charged.
"The new "Visa Gift" cards are distinguished for their uniqueness, as to buy these cards there is no need to come to the bank and queu on. Furthermore, buying these cards does nor require submitting an identity card. The cards can be obtained from Muganbank branches and sub-branches, "Neptun", "Fresco" and "Səbət" supermarkets, as well as, from other retail outlets. Any "Visa Gift" cardholder can visit any Muganbank branch to get a free-of-charge "Visa Gold" card.", reported Rasim Ismayilov, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Muganbank" OJSC.
