The Azerbaijani Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population will cooperate with the country's largest enterprises in the sphere of human resource development, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Salim Muslumov said on Dec.19 speaking at the conference entitled 'The role of professional standards in personnel training and increasing productivity of labour'.
"A memorandum of cooperation will be signed during the conference between the ministry, Akkord Construction Corporation and Azersun Holding," the minister said.
The parties will hold an operative information exchange about the shortage of qualified personnel, according to Muslumov.
"Additionally, the memorandum envisages cooperation in working out professional and qualification standards of employees, as well as joint work on resolving the employment problems of socially vulnerable segments of the population," Muslumov said.
