Iran-Europe joint chamber of commerce will be established in the near future, IRNA quoted head of the Iran-UK joint chamber of commerce Ali Naqi Khamoushi as saying on January 2.
The joint chamber will soon be established with the aim of promoting bilateral economic ties, he added.

Various European commercial delegations have recently traveled to Iran, he said, adding that joint chambers of commerce can accelerate economic cooperation and play a key role in lifting sanctions, he said.

Iran's non-oil foreign trade turnover surpassed $62.49 billion during the first nine months of the current solar year (started on March 21), Fars news agency reported on Dec. 25.

Iran exported $29.241 billion worth of non-oil goods (including gas condensates) during the first nine months of the current solar year, the report said.

The country also imported $33.266 billion worth of goods during the same period.
Iran imported 18.925 million tons of non-oil goods worth $28.247 billion in the first eight months of the current Iranian calendar year.

The country's non-oil goods exports reached 56.844 million tons, worth $24.605 billion during eight months.
