Some 34 percent of total house rents in Iran are in Tehran province, ISNA reported on Feb. 4.
According to the statistics, more than 190,000 rent contracts were concluded in Tehran in the first 10 months of the current Iranian calendar year which began on March 21, 2013.
The number of contracts increased to 42,000 compared to the same period last year.
