New feed mill to be launched in Kazakhstan

An up-to-date feed mill AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG with the capacity of 15 ton per hour will be launched in Kazakh Akmola region

By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: An up-to-date feed mill AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG with the capacity of 15 ton per hour will be launched in Kazakh Akmola region, KazAgroFinance reported.

The new high-tech production facilities have been built with German investments and financial support from KazAgroFinance within the framework of implementation of the Investment Projects in the Kazakhstan's agricultural sector and development of the Fodder Production Program.

The mill was designed with AGRAVIS technology, which has many years' experience in the animal feeding. It is equipped with the line produced by the leading Swiss manufacturer Bühler and installed by Bosche Systembau GMBH.

The mill will produce a complete feed of high quality in Kazakhstan using the innovative technologies of AGRAVIS concern. The integrated European quality standards GMP, HACCP, QS, composition of feeding programs, formula optimization, and laboratory are all the important aspects of up-to-date, high-tech and successful production.

The project is worth over one billion tenge (183.50 tenge = $1), including 634 million allocated by KazAgroFinance.
The terms of financing are 6 percent per year.

Within the framework of the Road Map 2020 Program the feed mill has been connected to all necessary utilities such as power supply and motor road.

The feed mill will allow adding the maximum number of vitamins, micro and macro elements to all the feed for different types of animals - cattle, small cattle, pigs and poultry. Wheat, barley, sunflower protein meal, mill offal and AGRAVIS premix (special protein and vitamin additives) will be mainly used during the production process.

The National Holding KazAgro Group is implementing 417 projects worth 263.8 billion tenge in the agricultural sector of the republic. Of them, 310 projects have been commissioned by now. Among the commissioned projects 160 objects have reached the project capacity.
